Terms and Conditions

The terms on which we sell to you. Please read them before ordering; you can print or save this page at any time.

1. Who you are contracting with

2. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. If you buy in the course of a business, the provisions here that protect consumers do not apply to you.

3. The articles

We describe every article as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative: leather and suede are natural materials, and small differences in grain and shade from one pair to another are a property of the material, not a defect.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euro and include the value added tax applicable to the destination. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm. Customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union are the recipient's responsibility. We may change prices, but the price that binds us is the one displayed when you confirmed your order.

5. How the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation by email. If an article proves unavailable after payment we will tell you and refund it in full.

6. Payment

We accept the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Card data is handled by our payment providers under their own security standards and is never stored by us.

7. Delivery

Times and costs are set out in the Shipping Policy. Times are estimates in working days counted from dispatch, not from the moment of ordering. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to the person you designate.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. As a commercial courtesy we extend that period to sixty days from delivery. Write to us from the contact page with your order number and we will send instructions and a return label. 9. Legal guarantee of conformity

Articles carry the legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery provided by Spanish consumer law. If an article does not conform to the contract you may require repair, replacement, a reduction in price or termination of the contract, in the order and on the conditions the law establishes. Send us a photograph and your order number; where the fault is ours, the return costs are ours.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence, and you retain every right the mandatory consumer law of that country gives you. You may also address a complaint to the consumer authorities of your region.
