Where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm leave the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, leave on the next working day.

Transit times are the carrier's estimates in working days, counted from dispatch and not from the moment you order.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse. You can follow it from the Track your order page.

Address and delivery

Please check the delivery address before confirming: once a parcel has left we cannot change it. If nobody is there, the carrier leaves a notice and tries again, or holds the parcel at a nearby collection point.

Customs

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

If something goes wrong

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered and it has not appeared, check with neighbours and the building entrance first. If it has still not turned up within twenty-four hours, write to us from the contact page with your order number and we will open the case with the carrier ourselves.
